Type 1der Woman revolves around the story of a girl who is suddenly diagnosed with type one diabetes and struggles to cope. But when she realizes her newfound strengths (brought to the surface by her diabetes), she realizes that she has become a diabetic superhero and vows to help and protect others living with the autoimmune disease.
